Position: 1st Team Manager
Club: Taffs Well Football Club
Location: Rhiw Dda’r, Taffs Well, Cardiff
Level: Ardal South West) Tier 3

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, driven and passionate 1st Team Manager to lead our senior squad and help shape the next phase of the club’s development both on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the 1st team

Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions

Organise matchday preparation, tactics and team selection

Recruit and retain players in line with club philosophy and budget

Work collaboratively with club officials, coaches and support staff

Develop pathways for youth players into the first team

Essential Requirements

Previous experience managing at senior / semi-professional level

Strong leadership and communication skills

UEFA coaching qualification (minimum Level C / B preferred)

Good knowledge of the Welsh football pyramid

Commitment, organisation and a professional approach
