Taffs Well Women are looking to create an environment that will allow women and girls to grow in ability and confidence. We want to support the growth of Women’s football not only in Taffs Well but also the wider Cardiff, Caerphilly and RCT area. We aim to be the best we can be and ensure a solid future for the club.
Our coaches and staff are dedicated to ensuring our players feel empowered and are given the tools and support to be the best they can be. We want to create a safe and inclusive environment for all players to grow, enjoy and succeed in a great family club environment.

Scott is the Women's Secretary and First Team Coach at the club, driving the club’s strategic development, tactical identity, and growth across all age groups.
Passionate about player progression and modern coaching methodologies, Scott combines rigorous tactical analysis with hands-on squad management to elevate the team’s performance on and off the pitch.
