We are very sad to learn of the passing of Taffs Well stalwarts, Ray Toghill and Bob Edwards.
Ray was a club trustee, former secretary and a loyal supporter, found at the vast majority of matches accompanied by best friend Don James both home & away. We will remember Ray's phenomenal work and support for the Club and our thoughts are with the Toghill family, with who we have so much shared history.
Bob was a faithful friend & volunteer for Taffs Well FC, who was always happy to help with anything, from painting, handyman jobs and working behind the bar. We just had to pick up the phone and he'd be there. Our thoughts are with his family. He will be greatly missed by us all.
People like Ray and Bob are the heart of community clubs like ours and they will be hugely missed. It was a privilege to know them. RIP Ray & Bob. #Wellmen
