Taffs Well FC is delighted to confirm Lee Kendall as the Club’s new manager.
Lee is well known throughout Welsh football and brings with him a wealth of coaching experience.
We would like to thank Barry Town United FC and Gavin Chesterfield for their co-operation regarding the move.
Lee will be taking over the role from Lawrence Badman, who will take the Assistant Managers position. The Club is extremely grateful to Lawrence for taking the managerial position last season and are extremely pleased to note he will stay with the Club.
Regarding the Club’s move to appoint Kendall, Director of Football Lee Bridgeman said: “The Club are every excited by this appointment. Lee is currently undertaking his UEFA Pro Licence, Europe’s highest coaching qualification. With this, Lee brings a wealth of experience and will drive the club on to bigger and better things.”
New manager Lee Kendall said: “I am delighted to be appointed manager of Taffs Well Football Club. Having worked and played in Welsh football for the majority of my career, I’ve always seen Taffs Well FC as a club with huge potential. Having worked at Barry Town United FC, with arguably one of the best young managers in Wales, I have gained a huge amount of knowledge during my time there.
My ambition to manage a football club has always been there and now I am undertaking my UEFA Pro Licence, I look forward to the challenge ahead. I’d like to thank the Board of Directors at Taffs Well Football Club for this opportunity.”
