The Club are proud to announce that the Taffs Well Academy has been awarded a place in the JD Cymru Premier Development League for 2020/21. This provides the Club with full Academy status and is a substantial step forward for the club. The Academy look to develop young Wellmen in Rhondda Cynon Taf, north Cardiff and beyond.
We sat down with Academy Manager, Nick Haincock, to discuss what this means for the future.

Lee Kendall said of the announcement:
"This is fantastic news for Taffs Well FC and the Academy. Congratulations to all involved. Looks to be a very strong and competitive league for our young players to develop in and is a big step forward for the Club and shows the direction they want to go in."
